Login to admin panel (www.example.com/admin)
Click Manage County/City under Localizing section
To add County

Enter Title in textbox
Click Submit to save

To edit type

Click edit icon in type row
Enter Title in textbox
Click Save to update

To delete type

Click delete icon in type row
Click OK to confirm deletion

To manage cities for county

Click manage cities in county row
To add city enter title and submit
To edit city click edit icon update fields and click save to update
To delete city click delete icon and click OK to confirm deletion

To delete county and all cities under it

Click delete icon in county row
Click OK to confirm deletion
